Cancellation Policy and Refund
Registration cancellation must be sent to us in case you cannot attend the Conference. Please inform us on the following email address as soon as possible. After the cancellation has been done you will be informed. The registration fee will not be refunded.
Substitutions
Substitutions will be accepted only with written authorization from the original registrant of paid delegate.
Programme Alteration
The organizers reserve the right to amend the programme due to reasons beyond our control, such as speaker transport delays. We will endeavor to reschedule or substitute talks wherever possible. No refunds will be given.
Letter of Invitation for Visa
Non-European Economic Area or Swiss nationals may be required to enter the Romania. An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a Visa and authorization to attend the International Conference IC. MB-CAP 2015, Cluj-Napoca will be issued only after a completed registration form and the payment have been received.
Please contact us via email once you are registered and registration fees have been paid if you require a Letter of Invitation. Letters of Invitations will not be issued to parties who are not registered and paid in full.
This service is designed only to assist those participants who need to obtain a Visa to attend this Conference.
Health Insurance
It is recommended that non-Romania residents have health insurance.
Press/Media
Press permission must be obtained prior to the event. The press may not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing.
Data confidentiality
All the personal data of any of the participants will be kept in confidentiality and will not be used for any other purpose.
Cancellation of the Event
If the event has to be cancelled due to events beyond the control of the organizers, they will not be held liable for any costs incurred by the delegates such as those for travel, accommodation, visas. The registration fee will be refunded, less any costs incurred by organizers.
